LifePlastSens: Graphene-based low-power wearable flexible sensors for vital signs fast monitoring

Partners : Tor Vergata University, Department of Physics, Rome (dr. Manuela Scarselli and dr. L. Camilli), Institute for photonics and nanotechnologies-CNR, Rome (dr. E. Giovine)

Position: 2 years research grant (1Y+1Y).
​
Gross annual grant amount: 26,000 euros.
​
Preferred qualifications: PhD or equivalent research experience.
Previous experiences in chemical vapor deposition, low-dimensional systems, Van der Waals epitaxy of 2D system are preferred skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team is required.
The research activity will deal with the growth and the characterization of the structural and electronic properties of graphene and 2D materials on semiconductor substrate.
